My desk is quite chaotic while I am in the creative mode. I was checking if the yellow flower from here could be a good match on the card, then after I had all the pieces cut, I could not find the flower on my desk or under my desk. Much time was spent on looking for it but it was MIA. :(
So I've made another flower for this card:
You think at this point the flower would have appeared all of a sudden? I wish but it did not. I really need to be more organized when I am crafting. No more cluttered craft area!
The card is based on the sketch at Sketchy Friday #13:
and it is based on the tic-tac-toe from The Paper Players:
and finally the requirement from Gingerloft Challenge - Kraft.
Before I start my next project I think I'm going to organize my craft area......
Thanks for stopping by!
What a pretty card! That flower is beautiful and the butterflies are fun embellishments. I understand about losing things while stamping --I'm glad no one can see my desk!
ReplyDeleteI hear ya about the organizing...I'm definitely a messy scrapper! Your card is lovely, love the craft, green and yellow! Hope you find your other flower and thanks for joining us at Sketchy Friday!! :)

ReplyDeleteWhile I feel your pain at the loss of your flower, I am LAUGHING because I am glad that I am not the only one who loses things from my craft desk! I will admit--it is pretty hard to lose a bright yellow flower, but it will turn up and then you can make another beauty like this one! Love what you did with all your elements! So glad you shared this with us at the Paper Players!
ReplyDeletewhat a sweet card
