Let it snow

Perhaps it is too early for us in the Northern Hemisphere to feel the Chrismas spirits but that is not going to stop me from making Christmas cards!  They are definitely one of the kinds that I enjoy making the most.  Last year I started making them in the summer and when the busy holiday season came, it was such a relief to realize that I have a stash of cards.

Did you see the cute sketch from Merry Monday challenge?  I like the clean lines of it and the curve seems to suggest a snowy scene.

I just bought this Memory Box die yesterday and thought I could play with it.  Let's give it a try!

I've used some old buddies here - Grey Flannel cardstock, Wonderland paper pack and the Snow Flurries stamp set.  It turns out pretty much like what I expected and I like it.

Are you going to start making Christmas cards early?  Be sure to check out Merry Monday Challenge for inspirations!

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. It's always nice when it turns out like we expect it to isn't it? It doesn't happen to me very often though! Love your little village scene with the die! Thanks so much, Joyce, for sharing it with us at Merry Monday!
