Stepping outside of comfort zone

My style has been CAS but sometimes I do wanna try things that are not so CAS.  I saw the sketch at Sketchbook Saturday Challenge and thought it should be the time to step out of my comfort zone.  The sketch looks like this:


Using Chantilly paper pack, I've made this birthday card:


Yup.  Apart from participating the challenge at Sketchbook Saturday challenge, this card is entering the challenge at Heart 2 Heart Challenge - Spring forward.  Don't you just love the Chantilly colors?
