Many of my craft supplies are "in transit" now. The big rearrangement project is still going on so many of my supplies are packed in boxes waiting for the new storage structures. At this point I have extremely limited supplies to work with and that makes me very uncomfortable! Argh! I hope this big rearrangement project will be done very soon.
That prompted me to work on a CAS manly card. Nothing fancy, just plain old cardstocks:
I wanted to emboss the cardstocks, but came to realize that my embossing folders are all in "some boxes somewhere". Frustrated, I decided to score some straight lines to give the cardstocks some texture. The spacing of the lines are totally random, so it does have some sort of interest in it.
My card is entering the challenge at Addicted to Stamps and More - CAS and Color Throwdown:
Thanks for stopping by!
Great job Joyce, and all with limited supplies. The colours look perfect for a CAS manly card. Thanks for joining us at ATSM

I love that idea of randomly scored lines as textured background! that's ingenious! Don't mind me if I steal that tip for my future cards... I love love love these abstract/geometric background lines!
