The fall colors provided by Color Throwdown really caught my eyes and since I have not played with color challenges for a while I decided to give it a try.
I do not have the Stampin Up! colors so I have used the following Close to My Heart colors to substitute:
Early Espresso - Cocoa
Riding Hood Red - Barn Red
Blue Bayou - Twilight
Sahara Sand - Gray
More Mustard - Honey
My card is based on one of the patterns in Make it From Your Heart. I used mostly cardstocks but did also use one piece of patterned paper from retired paper pack called Grace:

Inspired by a very cute top
Inspired by a very cute top, I followed the rules of the color challenge to prepare my card. The color combo provided by Color Throwdown is summer-y:
Don't you agree that you want to go shopping now?
I've used the sketch provided by Clean and Simple Stamping blog:
Some oldies are used, they are all goodies. I miss this stamp set - the flowers are beautiful and I love playing rock and roll stamping with this set:

One of a kind
It feels like a long time since I last participated in Mojo Monday challenge. I have decided to give it a try this week. Its sketch looks like this:
Just a couple of building blocks and a focus. Quite clean and simple, just like my style. Got the sketch, how about some hint of colors? I found a color challenge from Color Throwdown:
The colors are perfect for another winter card! Oops sorry, another winter card this week, without any intent to bore you.....
This card also enters the challenge hosted by Scrap-Creations, where the theme is water.
I made this card totally out of cardstock. Stamps and paper alone could create a nice patterned background. Don't you agree?
Thanks for stopping by and happy creating!
