February Stamp of the Month - Thoughtful Tidings

Two cute little cards are not enough.  I can't resist to make more!  This one is a little bigger - it is 4.5" x 4.5" and I consulted Wishes, another book from Close to My Heart's Card Confidence Programs for the layout.
